New to Grow
* If you do not see a time that works for you, please reach out to me with any of the times. I do offer flexibility to meet your needs. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or misunderstood—especially neurodivergent individuals and those who have spent years masking, people-pleasing, or pushing through stress on their own. My approach to therapy is down-to-earth, engaged, and practical. I’m not a “sit and nod” therapist; I actively help you understand yourself, make sense of your patterns, and build tools you can actually use in daily life. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping life feel more manageable and aligned with who you truly are.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Your first session is designed to feel comfortable, grounding, and clear. We’ll start with a natural conversation about what brought you to therapy and what feels most important right now—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to help you feel supported and at ease from the beginning. I’m engaged and interactive in sessions. I reflect what I’m hearing, help you recognize patterns, and offer clarity early on using education, analogies, and practical explanations when helpful. We’ll identify goals and next steps, so you leave feeling clearer, supported, and hopeful.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my strengths is understanding people quickly and deeply—even when they’re struggling to put their experiences into words. Clients often say they feel truly seen and understood in our work together. I balance honesty with compassion. I’m proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on helping you understand the “why” behind what you’re feeling so change feels manageable and meaningful. I also bring a calm, grounding presence to sessions, helping clients regulate, slow down, and build sustainable ways of living that work for their real lives.
