New to Grow
I work with women and individuals navigating women-centered concerns who are facing life transitions and ongoing stressors, including perinatal experiences, self-esteem challenges, mood concerns, and relationship stress. Many are longing to feel more grounded, confident, and secure in themselves. I help clients move from survival mode into a place of clarity, resilience, and self-trust, creating ripple effects in their families, relationships, and daily lives.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or hesitations you may have about therapy. My priority is helping you feel safe, heard, and understood. There is no pressure to share more than you’re ready for, and we will gently work through the tough conversations together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Clients often tell me they feel genuinely seen, heard, and deeply understood in our work together. With several years of clinical experience, I bring warmth, compassion, steadiness, and relatability to the therapy space while maintaining a grounded, professional foundation. I integrate trauma-informed approaches helping clients not only understand their patterns but truly process and shift them at the nervous system level. Clients often share that they feel both deeply supported and gently challenged, leading to meaningful, lasting change rather than surface-level coping.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am best positioned to serve individuals who are insightful, motivated for change, and ready to look beneath the surface of their patterns. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, perinatal or parenting transitions, or relationship stress and want deeper healing—not just short-term coping. They are seeking clarity, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self so they can move forward with greater confidence and intention. I affirm and warmly welcome clients of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures. I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive space where every person can show up authentically and feel respected, supported, and understood.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I help clients develop psychological flexibility by learning to relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions. We clarify personal values and take committed, meaningful action even in the presence of discomfort.
Brainspotting
I use Brainspotting to access and process trauma and emotionally charged experiences that may be stored in the body. This approach allows deeper healing by targeting the brain-body connection in a focused and attuned way.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I integrate mindfulness practices to increase present-moment awareness and reduce reactivity. Clients learn to observe thoughts and feelings with greater compassion, which supports nervous system regulation and intentional responding.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy often in sessions to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that influence emotions and behaviors. Together, we build practical skills to challenge distorted thinking, regulate emotions, and create meaningful behavioral change.
Positive Psychology
I look for opportunities in sessions to incorporate Positive Psychology by helping clients recognize strengths, increase resilience, and intentionally build experiences that support well-being. Alongside processing challenges, we focus on cultivating purpose, gratitude, and sustainable growth.
