Hi, I’m Gina. I hold a degree in mental health counseling and have over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Based in Wisconsin, I provide telehealth counseling to adults aged 18 and older. I work with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including—but not limited to—depression, life transitions, workplace concerns, bipolar disorder, disability-related issues, learning differences, anxiety, and school-related stress. My goal is to offer compassionate, individualized support to help you navigate life’s difficulties and move toward greater well-being.
I view the first session as an opportunity for us to get to know each other. During this introductory session, you’ll have the space to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and outlining a path forward. I strive to create a relaxed, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being open and honest. From there, our future sessions will focus on working collaboratively to help you move toward the changes and growth you’re seeking.
