Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session together will be spend getting to know one another and clarifying goals and the specific challenges that brought you here. Over the next two appts we will work together on tailoring a plan for us to work through in follow up sessions. We will meet via video, and you are encouraged to meet from a comfortable setting with anything that helps you to feel most supported and at ease. Animals are welcome. A private setting is required.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Building self-esteem and self-worth are among my biggest strengths We all feel overwhelmed one time or another in our lives, with compassion, evidence-based techniques and light heartiness, building people up and creating a safe space for you to feel comfortable no matter the challenges you are facing is my niche. Additional strengths lie in my emotional attunement, steadiness, and ability to hold complexity without judgment. Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen in our work—like they don’t have to perform or protect. I’m skilled at tracking subtle relational dynamics and helping clients put words to what’s felt but not yet fully known. I bring warmth, patience, a sprinkling of humor, and a deep respect for each person’s unique pace of healing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with all stages of life, providing the tools needed to make goals a reality and everyday life more enjoyable. I have experience in working with clients that have experience loss, immigration, complicated family traumas, life transitions, exploration of sexual identities, non-monogamy, managing your neuro-divergence tendencies, any existential political anxiety and the effects of social pressures like racial and economic stressors. I help my clients work through their thoughts and feelings and help them focus on their internal straights and find their self-determination, goals and happiness.
