Hi, My name is Karen Lopez, I have an extensive background in Trauma work and years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, couples and individuals, and seniors at every stage of life. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, brief history and will ease into the specific challenges that brought you here. Over the next two appts we will work together on tailoring a plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

My approach to therapy is integrative with a strong value of Strength Base, Solution Focused approach to fit each client's unique needs.
