During our first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, any challenges you are currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We will also discuss your goals and begin identifying the best path forward together.

My greatest strengths as a therapist listening with empathy, and helping clients feel comfortable being open and honest. I take a collaborative and practical approach that helps clients gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful progress in their daily lives. I strive to make therapy both meaningful and approachable.
