Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use a variety of CBT techniques that help patients change their negative thoughts and behaviors to help improve their lives. Some of the techniques I use in practice are Cognitive reconstructing, Problem-solving, Mindfulness, Journaling, Progressive muscle relaxation, Role playing, Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Goal setting, Reframing, Skills training and more!

Trauma Informed Care

Helping clients recognize the signs and symptoms of trauma and their paths to recovery. Encouraging them to get involved in their own care by building on their strengths and resilience.

Grief Therapy

Help clients process their grief by utilizing techniques such as talking about their loss, expressing their feelings, identifying unhealthy behaviors, and developing positive coping skills to eventually get the clients to accept that grief is a normal process.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

A talk therapy that teaches clients to be more aware of themselves and their environment by utilizing practices such as meditation, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.
