(she/her)
I am passionate about helping others explore emotional, spiritual, and behavioral wellness in a way that connects mind, body, and soul. With years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and outpatient settings, I’ve dedicated my career to encouraging and empowering individuals on their journey toward healing and recovery. My goal is to help clients leave sessions with a sense of relief, greater clarity, and renewed hope for their journey ahead.
In our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming space where they’re free to share at their own pace. We’ll talk about what brought them in, explore their goals, and begin understanding what emotional, spiritual, or behavioral challenges they may be facing. There’s no pressure to have all the answers — this is a time to feel heard, supported, and seen. I’ll also share how I work, answer any questions, and together we’ll create a plan that feels comfortable and tailored to their unique journey. My goal is for clients to leave that first session with a sense of relief, clarity, and hope.
What sets my approach apart is the way I integrate emotional, spiritual, and behavioral healing. I don’t just focus on symptoms — I help clients connect the deeper dots between their past experiences, current struggles, and inner strengths. With a background in hospitals, schools, nursing homes, and outpatient clinics, I’ve worked with people across the lifespan and understand how complex and layered healing can be. I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence and a deep belief that each person’s healing journey is sacred. My clients often say they feel truly seen and supported — not rushed or labeled — and that helps them move from just surviving to truly thriving.
I am best positioned to support individuals who are feeling emotionally stuck, spiritually disconnected, or overwhelmed by life transitions. My ideal clients often navigate relationship issues, stress, grief, or the desire for deeper self-awareness. Many have quiet strength but are seeking clarity, peace, and healing. I work well with those open to exploring the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and who are ready to do the inner work necessary for lasting emotional wellness and personal growth.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. With this approach, we work together to identify unhelpful thought patterns, challenge them, and replace them with more balanced and constructive thinking. I've seen CBT help clients reduce anxiety, manage stress, and build healthier coping skills by focusing on what's within their control.
Help clients slow down, tune into their inner world, and respond to stress with more clarity and calm. This method blens cognitive techniques with mindfulness, helping clients become more aware of their toughts without being overwhelmed by them.
Help clients learn how to manage strong emotions, set healthy boundaries, and improve their relationships. Utilizing skills like mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness can be for clients who feel overwhelmed by emotions or having difficulty navigating conflict in relationships.
