New to Grow
I'm an LCSW who believes therapy works best when it feels thoughtful, supportive and collaborative. I value creating a space where people can slow down, reflect and better understand themselves without pressure or judgement. I believe meaningful change happens through understanding yourself more deeply, building self-compassion and feeling supported along the way. I use an insight-oriented, trauma informed approach, integrating practical skills when helpful to support lasting change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, supportive working relationship. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you've already tried and what you're hoping to gain. We'll move at a pace that feels respectful and manageable. There's no pressure to share everything at one. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, grounded and with a clearer sense of what our work together could look like.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strength is helping people feel understood while gaining insight into patterns that no longer serve them, in a way that feels steady, respectful and supportive.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with adults who are curious about themselves and looking for a space to explore how they can make meaningful changes. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, people-pleasing or emotional overwhelm, often in the context of caregiving, chronic illness or past trauma they've already begun to process.
Eclectic
My approach is insight-oriented and collaborative. I use an eclectic, trauma-informed lens to tailor therapy to each person rather than following a rigid model.
