I use this modality to aid my clients by using client-centered, evidence-based counseling approach to help explore and resolve ambivalence about change as well as meeting them where they are currently at in their progress.
I use this modality to help my clients become their most authentic versions by helping them change their narrative and steeping into the version of themselves that they want to be.
I help my clients to find the best solutions for a given problem and by utilizing all the information gathered through sessions to make the most informed decisions in their life holding true to being their most authentic and genuine self.
I want to help my clients see their strengths and how they can utilize each one to becoming their most authentic and genuine self.
