I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor on a mission to help people live happier and healthier lives by becoming their most authentic, genuine self. I want to help you become the best version of yourself. I graduated with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern university and received her B.S. in Mental Health Counseling/Minor in Sociology and Communications at Florida State University in 2015.
Our first session will be an introduction to what has brought you to therapy and what goals you want to reach through therapy.
My goal is to tailor my counseling sessions for each individual in order to assist them to get through day-day life struggles with less stress, guilt, shame or fear.
My specialties include, but are not limited to: addictions, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, coping skills, grief, trauma, codependency, relationships, dual diagnosis, mood disorders, stress, peer relationships, and self-esteem. Her methodologies include CBT, DBT, Inner Child, Eclectic Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, and Solution focused Therapy.
I see both teenagers and adults that need help with everyday life struggles.
