I specialize in assisting individuals to better navigate anxiety, stress, depression, emotion regulation, trauma, PTSD, grief, and other mental health concerns. I am passionate about providing a safe space for individuals and giving them the tools they will need to improve their lives and become better versions of themselves.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is one of the most used treatment interventions in therapy. I’ve been practicing CBT since graduate school. While I’m therapy, CBT will be used to address anxiety, depression, anger, stress, conflict, self esteem, suicidality, etc.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational interviewing will be used when a client expresses motivation to change/improve, but is struggling on how or when to do so.
Strength-Based
Everyone has strengths, however, in the face of mental health concerns, strengths can be overlooked. I assist clients with focusing on/remembering their strengths as a way to persevere against what they may be struggling with.
Grief Therapy
In treating grief, I review the stages of grief, provide a space for clients to discuss how the grief has impacted their lives and allow for healthy healing.
