Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I encourage client's to discuss any questions about beginning our therapeutic work together to allow space for disclosing hopes and desire/inspiration for themselves. As a person centered therapist, I meet the client where they are at in their suffering, growing, and healing and utilize my therapeutic experience and knowledge to process the emotions arising effectively and in a way that feels safe and supportive.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My therapeutic style is client-centered to support an empathic approach that empowers and motivates the client. I am experienced in Cognitive and Behavioral therapies, as well a Mindfulness to develop healthier plans/goals for behavioral and thought patterns. My educational background is rooted in Transpersonal therapy that utilizes a holistic approach to therapy to address client's mental, physical, social, emotional, creative, and intellectual needs in order to facilitate healing and growing

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are those seeking support, clarity, and empowerment, and who feel ready to create meaningful change in their lives. I work best with individuals who are open to self-reflection, skill-building, and intentionally shifting patterns that no longer serve them, in order to move toward greater alignment, resilience, and fulfillment.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. By identifying unhelpful thinking patterns and gently challenging them, CBT supports mindset shifts that reduce anxiety, depression, and stress. Clients learn practical tools to reframe negative self-talk, build emotional regulation skills, and respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and choice. CBT is structured, collaborative, and focused on creating meaningful, lasting change in everyday life.

Existential

CBT helps clients explore meaning, identity, values, and personal responsibility in the face of life’s uncertainties. This approach supports mindset shifts by examining core beliefs about self, freedom, purpose, and choice, and how these beliefs shape emotional experiences and behavior. Clients learn to reframe distress as meaningful information, develop greater self-trust, and make intentional choices aligned with their values, fostering a deeper sense of authenticity, resilience, and fulfillment.

Trauma Informed Care

Trauma Informed Care recognizes the impact of past experiences on the nervous system, thoughts, and emotional responses. This approach prioritizes safety, trust, and empowerment while helping clients understand their reactions through a compassionate, non-pathologizing lens. By reframing symptoms as adaptive responses rather than personal flaws, clients can build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of agency and resilience.

Transpersonal

Transpersonal therapy supports healing by honoring the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and inner life. This approach helps clients explore meaning, intuition, values, and deeper aspects of identity while staying grounded in present-day functioning. By reframing experiences through a broader, compassionate lens, clients can access insight, self-trust, and a sense of connection that supports emotional healing, personal growth, and aligned life choices.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-Based Therapy helps clients develop awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations in the present moment. By learning to observe experiences without judgment, clients can create space between thoughts and reactions, supporting mindset shifts and emotional regulation. This approach encourages reframing distressing patterns with compassion, increasing clarity, resilience, and the ability to respond to life with greater balance and intention.
