LMHC, 6 years of experience
Ivey is a compassionate and dedicated mental health therapist with six years of experience practicing. She has worked inpatient and outpatient settings, encouraging patients to prioritize their mental health while living a purposeful life. Ivey specializes in individual therapy for adults and adolescents. With a focus on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment, Ivey helps clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relational issues.
In the initial session, the primary focus will be on establishing rapport and understanding the client’s reasons for seeking therapy. Additionally, clients can expect to collaborate in the development of treatment goals and objectives for the therapeutic process.
My greatest strength as a provider lies in my ability to create a comfortable and supportive environment for clients, meeting them where they are in their journey. Additionally, I am adept at utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor the approach to each client’s unique needs and goals.
I enjoy working with young adults, adolescents and professionals who are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality.

She is real. She will share her opinion and keep it a buck. She will make you think about yourself and your choices. If you want a therapist that will not try to placate you but will actually talk to you with intent for you to better yourself. She's the one.
