(she/her)
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I’m here to help you navigate life’s hurdles with genuine care and zero judgment. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I draw from various therapeutic tools to meet you exactly where you are. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel truly seen and supported. As an LGBTQ+ ally, I am deeply committed to providing affirming care that honors your identity and ensures you feel valued throughout your healing journey.
You can expect a space that feels calm and collaborative. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what’s bringing you in, and identifying what "better" looks like for you. My philosophy is simple: no matter where you're starting from, you have the capacity for growth. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, and I’ve seen firsthand that everyone—without exception—is capable of finding joy. I’m just here to help you uncover it.
A Grounded Perspective: I balance professional expertise with a relatable, human approach. Unwavering Belief in You: I’ve seen people overcome incredible odds. I carry that hope for my clients even when they’re finding it hard to hold onto it themselves. Active Collaboration: I’m not just a passive listener. I’m right there in the trenches with you, offering feedback and practical tools you can actually use.
I’m a great fit for individuals who are curious, motivated, and ready to shake things up. My ideal clients are those who are open to exploring new perspectives and want to be active participants in their own growth. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and work together to find solutions that stick, we’re going to get along great.
Eclectic
I practice an Eclectic approach, which means I don’t believe in a "one size fits all" strategy for healing. Instead, I pull from a variety of methods to build a plan that actually fits your life. Our work together is flexible and active; we might focus on practical mindset shifts to break through stuck thought patterns, use action-oriented strategies to build motivation, or work on concrete skill-building to help you manage stress in the moment. My goal is to ensure you feel empowered and supported as you work toward lasting change.

My first appointment she was very nice and open and made me laugh a few times, I felt very comfortable talking to her and she didn’t necessarily push me to talk about everything first go, but she also lets me go on my own pace, let’s me ramble a little bit too ^^
