About me

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, challenging negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety and depression. Teaching clients to identify stressors and develop strategies for managing them, such as mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. Working with clients to build their self confidence and trust their ability to manage their feelings. Most importantly there will be an emphasis on self care and self preservation, providing empathy and emotional support.

Welcome, this is a safe space to talk about life's challenges and to explore and mange emotions. I look forward to working together on your journey of self discovery, gaining new perspectives, and confidence in knowing challenges are manageable and you're not alone in your struggles. During our first session we will begin to develop a therapeutic alliance to facilitate and foster therapeutic work. Please schedule a session so we can get to know each other.

Taking the first step is the hardest, I am so glad you are here! Are life’s challenges leaving you feeling lost, disconnected, and stuck in negative emotions? It is possible to find joy again. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in unhelpful patterns, you're not alone—and you don’t have to go through it alone. I will provide a safe space for you to share your thoughts, feelings and emotions in an empathic setting, while providing emotional support.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Develop and maintain a therapeutic alliance to foster and maintain therapeutic work. CBT techniques will be used to improve emotion regulation, frustration tolerance, strategies to address anxieties, depression, thoughts and feelings, and ongoing difficulties.
