I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, challenging negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety and depression. Teaching clients to identify stressors and develop strategies for managing them, such as mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. Working with clients to build their self confidence and trust their ability to manage their feelings. Most importantly there will be an emphasis on self care and self preservation, providing empathy and emotional support.

I look forward to working together on your journey of self discovery, gaining new perspectives, and confidence in knowing challenges are manageable and you're not alone in your struggles. Are you experiencing depressed mood, anxiety, hopelessness, excessive worry or fear? Find yourself avoiding situations, seeking reassurance, or becoming irritable? I would like to help you learn the coping skills to improve your overall quality of life by reducing the frequency and intensity of depression and anxiety symptoms.
Develop and maintain a therapeutic alliance to foster and maintain therapeutic work. CBT techniques will be used to improve emotion regulation, frustration tolerance, strategies to address anxieties, depression, thoughts and feelings, and ongoing difficulties.
