(She/Her)
I come from a multidisciplinary approach from PhD in Human Services with a specialization is social and community services to my LMHC in Florida and Utah. My vision is to show the unique light that is the purpose and medicine for this world. We all hold a light that is only within us where we are living a life where we are the authentic artist of our own experience, making tangible progress in all areas, and radiating your unique, spirit-infused purpose to the world. My mission is to be a guide-a steward until each person connects to their unique light and purpose and bring their medicine (gift) to help heal this world. I do this by providing integrative services that include yoga, dance, martial arts, rhythm and intuitive arts into my counseling and coaching sessions.
I'm Dr. Jenenne Valentino-Bottaro, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a PhD in Human Services. My practice, Glitter Rebels, is all about helping you embody your authentic self and cultivate your self-led energy. We blend traditional therapeutic approaches with expressive arts like yoga, sacred temple dance, and martial arts to support a holistic healing journey. My belief is that real transformation comes from connecting with your innate wisdom and purpose. In our first session, we'll start with a compassionate self-inquiry, pulling from principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Human Design. This helps you pinpoint your internal wisdom and power, and access your core Self—that inner source of calm, wisdom, and deep healing. We'll explore what brought you to Glitter Rebels and what you truly want for your life. You'll begin to experience this Self-led healing, and we'll discuss how we can weave in physical and creative practices like dance, voice, and rhythm to create a powerful, embodied healing experience in our work together. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of your inner world and practical insights to kickstart your journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
I've developed an approach for guiding you to identify the root cause of your challenges, create a tailored plan to access your core Self-Energy and empower you to embody your Self-led healing through the integrated physical and creative practices I offer, such as dance, yoga, martial arts, voice, and rhythm, to create a powerful, embodied Self-Led Self.
We have the transformative power within ourselves to heal ourselves. As innate healers, we are placed on a journey quest to help us reclaim our soul's purpose. Our unique design asks us to be living a life where we are the authentic artist of our own experience, making tangible progress in all areas, and radiating our unique, spirit-infused purpose to the world. Through innovative, holistic approaches that include Internal Family Systems, movement, rhythm, intuitive arts, Animal-Assisted Interconnectedness Activities, and play, you begin to define your best way to heal. Through your unique blend, you will begin to foster a deeper connection between the mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to heal on multiple levels. The healing process is within every moment. Sometimes it is a whisper and other times, it is loud and thunderous. Together, you will connect to what is most effective so that you will restore your relationship with yourself, so that you will honor yourself and the interconnectedness of all life.
Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in working with individuals and communities grappling with trauma, utilizing Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a foundation to my integrative practice, IFS is a transformative therapeutic model that views the mind as composed of multiple sub-personalities or "parts," each with its own distinct voice and characteristics. These parts often hold wounds and traumas from past experiences, leading to internal conflicts and emotional pain. In my work at Vai’datha, a virtual integrative practice, I merge the principles of IFS with innovative, holistic approaches that include movement, rhythm, intuitive arts, Animal-Assisted Interconnectedness Activities, and play. This unique blend fosters a deeper connection between the mind, body, and spirit, allowing individuals to heal on multiple levels.
