I work with teens and adults offering an empathetic, collaborative, and client centered approach. My priority is to create a space in which you feel seen, heard, and validated in order to facilitate real change. I offer a tailored, integrative approach—drawing from multiple modalities to meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and always grounded in authenticity. I'm here to support you, challenge you, and celebrate your wins—big or small.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and building a foundation for our work. I’ll ask questions about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and your background so I can understand your unique story. This session is also a chance for you to ask me questions, get a sense of my style, and see how you feel in the space. Together, we’ll begin identifying your priorities for therapy and outline next steps, keeping the pace comfortable and collaborative.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a therapist, my strengths lie in creating a warm, kind, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and supported. Many of my clients value my relatability and authenticity, as well as the sense of humor I bring to sessions, which helps make even difficult work feel safe and approachable.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I support individuals whose minds move quickly and emotions run deep. Many of my clients are driven and self-aware, yet feel exhausted from carrying so much on their own. They are often the people others depend on—the helpers, caretakers, and people-pleasers who struggle to make space for their own needs. Together, we work to quiet self-criticism, strengthen self-trust, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been overlooked while caring for everyone else. Our work together is collaborative and grounded in authenticity, aiming to create a life that feels balanced and aligned.
