Hi, I’m Angela — a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who helps women who feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps. If you’re juggling stress, burnout, relationship issues, identity changes, or just trying to keep up with life, I offer a grounded, supportive space where you can finally exhale and focus on yourself. Most of my clients come in feeling: Anxious or on edge, even on “normal” days. Burned out from work, caregiving, or being the strong one. Disconnected from who they used to be. Emotionally exhausted, stuck in people-pleasing or self-doubt. Lonely in their relationships or overwhelmed by family dynamics. In our first session we will explore what’s feeling hardest right now, identify small, manageable goals, talk about what support looks like for you and begin giving you tools you can use immediately. You don’t need to prepare anything. Just show up as you are. You’ll leave with more clarity about what’s going on and what healing can look like. IMPORTANT INFORMATION to consider before scheduling with me: Late Cancellations & No-Shows: a $75 fee applies for cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice. I have been seeing Angela for about a year now, maybe. I dont remember exactly what spoke to me about her background, but I stay seeing her because she has an uncanny knack of being able to hear what I am not saying out loud. Sometimes I don't even know what it is that I am "not" saying. I have never felt so seen or heard.

Angela has a very warm & welcoming presence accompanying a non judgmental persona. She actively listens, then asks the right questions encouraging you time to feel through your responses. With that being said, she’s an amazing resource, a gem.
