About me

Congrats on deciding on therapy! Choosing a therapist is a daunting task. I have over 14 years of experience with couples, families, children and individuals. I believe you are the expert on you. I bring the outside perspective to help highlight challenges, find new ways of interacting with your self and others. I use humor, straight talk and empathy to build trust and find solutions.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The relationship between therapist and client is key to any success. Our first session is identifying the problem and how you see me being helpful. I do my best to put everyone in the room at ease while feeling included. I will do a check in toward the end of the session to see if you feel it's a good fit. Then we decide on steps to move forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am me. I don't try to be "the expert" or use big therapy words. I honestly like helping people and I truly want what is best for you--however you define or decide what that is.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Are you motivated to change and open to hearing new ideas, trying something outside your comfort zone? Willing to be a part of the solution? Are you ready for things to be different: with yourself, your family, your child or your partner? Are you okay with humor and straight talk. I don't "therapize" I join with you to navigate a new path forward.
