I’m a licensed mental health therapist who provides supportive, compassionate, and skills-based therapy to adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I work with clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or disconnected from themselves and are seeking practical tools to feel more stable and confident. My collaborative approach is grounded in evidence-based methods such as CBT and DBT, helping clients build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and improve relationships. Through therapy, I support clients in gaining clarity, resilience, and the ability to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding the challenges that brought you to therapy. You can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space to share your experiences, thoughts, and feelings. We’ll discuss your goals, identify what you’d like to work on, and explore your strengths and coping strategies. I’ll also explain how I work and together we’ll create a plan for moving forward that feels practical and supportive for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space while helping clients gain clarity and insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I use evidence-based methods like CBT and DBT to provide practical tools that clients can apply in their daily lives. I’m skilled at helping clients break unhealthy patterns, build emotional regulation, and strengthen self-esteem, guiding them toward meaningful and lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or disconnected from themselves and want to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I’m especially well-suited to work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. Clients who are motivated to learn practical coping skills, build emotional awareness, and create healthier, more balanced lives tend to find my approach to be a good fit.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you notice how your thoughts influence how you feel and what you do. In sessions, we gently examine patterns that increase distress and replace them with more balanced, realistic ways of thinking. I use CBT to teach practical tools that help you feel better and manage challenges in everyday life.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a practical, skills-based therapy that helps people manage overwhelming emotions, reduce stress, and feel more in control of their reactions. In our work together, I would help you learn and practice DBT skills in a supportive and nonjudgmental way, focusing on what fits your life and your current challenges. DBT is about finding balance—accepting what you’re feeling while also learning tools to cope more effectively. We would work on skills like mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and healthy communication, using real-life situations you’re dealing with right now. Many clients find DBT helpful because it gives them clear, usable tools instead of just talking about problems. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and able to handle emotions and relationships with less overwhelm.
