I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist who values creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. I have worked with children, adolescents, families, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and relationship challenges. My goal is to help clients build confidence, emotional awareness and practical coping skills that create meaningful, lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know you, your concerns, goals, and what brings you to therapy. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences while discussing expectations and a clear understanding of confidentiality. Together, we will begin identifying priorities and outline a collaborative plan moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths include empathy, authenticity, and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships. Clients often appreciate my supportive, nonjudgmental approach and my ability to balance warmth with practical guidance. I strive to help clients feel both emotionally supported and empowered with tools they can apply outside of sessions.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals who may feel overwhelmed, stuck or uncertain but are open to growth and self-reflection. I work well with clients navigating life transitions, stress , relationship concerns and personal development. Whether you are seeking clarity, emotional support or tools to manage daily challenges, I provide a space where you can feel safe exploring your goals.

My treatment methods

Motivational Interviewing

I have used motivational interviewing to help explore mixed feelings, uncertainty, or hesitation about change. Rather than pushing you in a certain direction, I help you clarify your own goals and strengthen your internal motivation. Together, we identify what matters most to you and build confidence in taking steps that align with your values.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I have used this method to prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I will walk alongside you with empathy, authenticity, and respect as you process your experiences and move towards growth.

Strength-Based

I have used this method with clients by focusing on identifying and building upon the strengths you already possess, even if they do not see them yet. This approach empowers you rather than defining you by challenges alone.

Supportive

Through supportive therapy, I provided encouragement, validation, and practical tools to help you manage stress, navigate life transitions and cope with emotional challenges. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, grounded and equipped with strategies you can use outside our sessions.
