With over 6 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am passionate about creating a safe space for individuals, families, and groups to explore and grow. My work is centered on building genuine connections and empowering people to make meaningful behavioral changes. I specialize in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and client-centered therapy, to support those who have experienced trauma and other challenges.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first meeting, we'll focus on getting to know each other and establishing a plan for our time together. This is your space to talk openly about the struggles or worries that are currently affecting your life. I want to understand how your unique situation is impacting your day-to-day life. We'll also set some clear expectations so you feel comfortable and prepared. I am committed to creating a safe, open, and honest space where we can be therapeutically blunt to get to the root of what's holding you back.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I believe that genuine connection is the foundation for meaningful change. I specialize in helping individuals who have experienced complex trauma and PTSD—my goal is to create a safe space for you to heal and grow. I'm committed to being fully present and nonjudgmental, and I also welcome your feedback. I see our work as a partnership, and I value the opportunity to learn alongside you.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am deeply committed to helping those who have spent their lives caring for others and have, in the process, lost a piece of themselves. Life can present challenges that leave us feeling stuck or without answers. I believe that trauma can hold us captive, but it doesn't have to define our future. We can work together to help you find your way forward and reclaim your path to a more fulfilling life.
EMDR
Trauma can impact every person different and can even stay stuck thus hindering additional experiences. I am EMDR trained and have witnessed many individuals process trauma and decrease activation after 3-4 EMDR reprocessing sessions; this could be you!
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Thoughts can often trip us up and block us from moving forward. Working with individuals to help restore and regain their path has been my passion for years.

Bryana was relatable, authentic, and direct in a way that made it easy to feel safe and open, even in my first session with her. She listened closely and asked thoughtful questions that got to the heart of what’s been coming up in my life right now. The next steps she laid out felt manageable and supportive, and I’m excited to keep working with her as I navigate some recent major life changes and all the emotions that come with them.

I have been working with Bryana for several months now and I am so happy I found her! She has been the most welcoming, warm, and hilarious therapist! Each session I walk away feeling so empowered and like I can accomplish anything. She validates my feelings, but also challenges me to think about things in different ways. I am so happy I have her support!

Bryana is an A1 therapist. She's empathetic, empowering, and engaging. My spouse and I see her for couples therapy. She's funny and insightful. My spouse and I are super happy to continue working with her. Both of us have baggage from childhood and past experiences in relationships and I've learned so much about myself and my partner since we started working with Bryana. Seriously, 10/10, would recommend.
