With over 7 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am passionate about creating a safe space for individuals, families, and groups to explore and grow. My work is centered on building genuine connections and empowering people to make meaningful behavioral changes. I specialize in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and client-centered therapy, to support those who have experienced trauma and other challenges.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first meeting, we'll focus on getting to know each other and establishing a plan for our time together. This is your space to talk openly about the struggles or worries that are currently affecting your life. I want to understand how your unique situation is impacting your day-to-day life. We'll also set some clear expectations so you feel comfortable and prepared. I am committed to creating a safe, open, and honest space where we can be therapeutically blunt to get to the root of what's holding you back.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe that genuine connection is the foundation for meaningful change. I specialize in helping individuals who have experienced complex trauma and PTSD—my goal is to create a safe space for you to heal and grow. I'm committed to being fully present and nonjudgmental, and I also welcome your feedback. I see our work as a partnership, and I value the opportunity to learn alongside you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am deeply committed to helping those who have spent their lives caring for others and have, in the process, lost a piece of themselves. Life can present challenges that leave us feeling stuck or without answers. I believe that trauma can hold us captive, but it doesn't have to define our future. We can work together to help you find your way forward and reclaim your path to a more fulfilling life.

My treatment methods

EMDR

Trauma can impact every person different and can even stay stuck thus hindering additional experiences. I am EMDR trained and have witnessed many individuals process trauma and decrease activation after 3-4 EMDR reprocessing sessions; this could be you!

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Thoughts can often trip us up and block us from moving forward. Working with individuals to help restore and regain their path has been my passion for years.

I love Bryana she is literally the best therapist I have ever had hands down. She listens to understand she wont judge, she has realistic techniques that work to help me through my anxiety or high stress moments, and very empowering not to mention she makes me laugh the whole time shes like a comedist a comedian-therapist lol the laugh that I need .. I highly recommend!

Bryana has been amazing from day one. She creates a space where I feel heard, supported, and comfortable enough to even laugh while working through difficult experiences. I appreciate that she not only helps me explore my feelings but also gives me practical tools for everyday life. During a time of profound grief, she has helped me recognize my early warning signs and learn to listen to my body before I become overwhelmed. I am incredibly grateful to have found her.
