My journey in the mental health field has allowed me to work with people from all walks of life, helping them navigate through various challenges and difficult challenges. My unique background as both a mental health professional and a medical professional (NP) enables me to provide holistic care that considers how the body and mind work together. This dual perspective is particularly beneficial when addressing issues like medical diagnoses, stress, anxiety, sleeping disorders, depression, and challenging life transitions.

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and understood. I am here to help you cope with life's challenges, whether they are related to anxiety, depression, family relationships, life transitions, medical issues, military or veteran support, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), phobias, sleep disorders, or just plain stress.
