Hello! As a licensed, dually board-certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult Health and Psychiatry in New York, I offer personalized interventions to young adults up to seniors who are coping with abnormal mood symptoms. I will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan which could include education on treatment options, medical condition education, medication therapies or lifestyle changes.
We will spend our first session exploring “your mental health goals”. What was your path leading you to coming in to speak with me? I want to know what your hopes are for working together. We rule out what factors could be from stress going on in life, genetics, or medical history.
In my experience working with adults and seniors experiencing abnormal mood symptoms, I have supported numerous families, caregivers, and individuals by clarifying their conditions, the processes involved, and treatment options, taking into account their overall health status influence on unique outcome. My greatest strengths as a provider are my humanistic non judgmental and empathic approach!
I love working with young adults to seniors who are working, in school, new parents or retired. My clients are eager to learn about options to improve their mental health affected by overwhelming life stressors. I am best positioned to serve those starting out with new treatment concerns.
