I foster a sense of comfort, empathy, and compassion while helping clients navigate their emotions and gain fresh perspective. Therapy serves as a tool for self exploration. By engaging in meaningful introspective exercises clients will develop healthier coping tools, leading to personal growth.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I've been using CBT in my practice for the past 9 years. The method helps clients to identify and change negative thought patterns to improve their quality of life. CBT can help clients improve communication, resolve conflicts, and learn practical strategies to use in everyday life.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I've been using DBT in my practice for the past 7 years. The DBT method helps clients to manage their emotions, cope with difficult situations, and improve relationships.

Compassion Focused

I've been using CFT in my practice for the past 4 years. This method helps clients to develop self compassion, manage self criticism, respond to self criticism with kindness and compassion, and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.
