I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 10 years of mental health experience. Whether you’re seeking support during a difficult time or looking for long-term growth, I’m here to collaborate with you in the process of healing and self-discovery. I have experience working with a variety of populations to address mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and relationship struggles.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Everyone deserves the opportunity to have their story heard! I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment for others to feel supported and empowered to make the changes they desire. If you're ready, I’d love to schedule an initial session where we can talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to gain, and how I can best support you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am able to connect with those I work with in a way that creates a safe and comfortable environment. I adjust the tools I use (worksheets, videos, role-play) based on the treatment and utilize humor if needed to assist the therapeutic relationship.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with adults and young adults who are navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, and working through the impact of past trauma or difficult relationships. Many of my clients have a desire to build insights, improve relationship dynamics, find peace within their choices and experiences. I’m skilled at helping clients understand and change unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, build emotional resilience and self-compassion, heal from trauma, and develop clarity around values and relationships.
