My clients can look forward to a compassionate exploration of symptoms and challenges making day-to-day life difficult. My strength-based, client-centered approach helps my clients to set their own goals for therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Working on my own mental health and creating expressive artwork has helped me discover sources of healing and inner strength. As a result I bring a deep sense of respect and insight into my work as a licensed mental health professional.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I particularly enjoy my work with young adults 19-25 and adults 25+ who are looking for an accepting and affirming therapist. Many of my clients seek a collaborative approach where they are truly heard and honored with what works for them.
