LCSW, 10 years of experience
New to Grow
I offer holistic, client-centered psychotherapy that weaves together mindfulness practices and DBT-informed skills to support healing and emotional balance. My approach creates a grounded, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, understand your inner world, and build practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and empowering, helping you cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of well-being.
Your first session is a safe, welcoming space to begin exploring your experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Sessions are fully confidential, and my goal is to create an environment where you feel supported, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll clarify your goals for therapy, discuss what brought you to counseling, and start to build a collaborative plan tailored to your needs and comfort level. This session is an opportunity to ask questions, set boundaries, and get a sense of how we might work together moving forward.
I approach each client with empathy, presence, and a deep respect for their unique experiences. My greatest strengths as a clinician lie in creating a safe and compassionate space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I draw on mindfulness and DBT-informed techniques, combined with a holistic, client-centered approach, to support emotional regulation, build practical coping skills, and foster personal growth. I guide clients at a pace that feels right for them, helping them navigate life’s challenges while cultivating resilience, self-awareness, and a sense of inner balance.
I offer a peaceful, holistic space for adults navigating varying stressors including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and everyday challenges, supporting them in building emotional regulation, mindful awareness, and compassionate coping skills.
I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build practical skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and staying grounded in the present moment. Through mindfulness, coping strategies, and supportive guidance, DBT offers a structured path toward balance and emotional resilience.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to distress and develop practical skills to create healthier, more balanced ways of coping.
I use Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help clients gently process painful experiences while building the skills needed to feel safer, more grounded, and more in control. This approach blends emotional support with practical coping strategies to promote healing and resilience.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build mindful awareness, make space for difficult emotions, and move toward actions that align with their values. ACT supports healing by strengthening presence, self-compassion, and intentional living.
