Hi! I'm Karen and I am excited to meet you. I enjoy being a part of my clients' journeys as they explore challenges, concerns related to anxiety and depression, and the ups and downs of life. I will meet you where you are at with a non-judgemental and curious attitude. Together we will explore and examine what you are experiencing currently and what you would like your future to look like and then we will be on our way!
In your first session we will get to know one another! I will ask you questions related to your current concerns and together we will start building our road map to help you get to where you would like to be. Whether that is 1 month, 6 months, or a year from now.
I am nonjudgmental with a curious mindset and attitude. I have a sense of humor and often bring humor into my sessions with clients.
I love working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, those struggling with low self-esteem, and self-care issues. I enjoy people who are curious about themselves and are ready to try new techniques to break old behavior patterns.

Karen is an incredible provider. She is calm, thoughtful and very attuned to my individual needs. She is always open, nonjudgemental, and it's clear she truly cares about her clients. Karen has been a blessing during tumultuous time of life being heavy with loss and change. She has helped me immensely with understanding self-compassion and eliminating negative self talk. I always look forward to our sessions.
I have been using Mindfulness-Based Therapy in my practice for 7 years. I love being able to teach clients Mindful techniques to help decrease anxiety and increase mood. We will work together to create a game plan for including Mindfulness into your daily routine helping you to stay grounded and present.
I have been using CBT for my entire career and it has been my pleasure to help clients be able to recognize and change patterns of thinking and behavior. I believe each and every client has the ability to create and maintain long lasting positive changes in their lives.
