I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care for adults 18 and older through telehealth. With a strong background in women’s health and advanced psychiatric training, I understand the profound impact mental health has on overall well-being. My approach empowers adults to take an active role in both their mental and physical health. As part of my practice standards, I do not prescribe multiple controlled substances concurrently and may not initiate or continue controlled medications if they don't align with safe-prescribing guidelines. When that's the case, we can discuss alternative options together.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first visit, we will review your mental health and medical history, current medications, and any current concerns. You will leave with a better understanding of your symptoms and an initial treatment plan, as well as what to expect during follow-up appointments. My goal for you is to feel heard and supported and to become a partner in your healthcare journey with me.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I focus on creating a space where people feel safe, heard and supported. My approach is affirming, inclusive and focused on meaningful, lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and life transitions with specialized experience in Perinatal Mental Health. My treatment plans may include psychoeducation, medication management and support for co-occurring conditions like anxiety or depression. I work best with clients who are ready to engage actively in their treatment, exploring medication, optimizing their current treatment, or pursuing a holistic approach. I value shared-decision making to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful changes in how they feel and respond to stress. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on real-life progress.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore their goals, strengthen motivation for change, and build confidence in their ability to make lasting improvements. It’s a collaborative and nonjudgmental approach that honors each person’s autonomy and readiness for growth.
