I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing high-quality, evidence-based telehealth care for adults 18+. I have a strong background in women’s health and understand how closely mental and physical health are connected. I work with people from all backgrounds who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like themselves - who are looking for support in finding their way back to feeling more balanced and well. I support individuals through a wide range of mental health concerns, with a special focus on perinatal mental health. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you - and may include education, medication management and support for challenges like anxiety, depression and life transitions. As part of my practice standards, I do not prescribe multiple controlled substances concurrently and may not initiate or continue controlled medications if they don't align with safe-prescribing guidelines. When that's the case, we can discuss alternative options together.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first visit, we will review your mental health and medical history, current medications, and any current concerns. You will leave with a better understanding of your symptoms and an initial treatment plan, as well as what to expect during follow-up appointments. My goal for you is to feel heard and supported and to become a partner in your healthcare journey with me.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I focus on creating a space where people feel safe, heard and supported. My approach is affirming, inclusive and focused on meaningful, lasting change. Taking the first step can feel uncomfortable or even a little intimidating, and that's completely okay. You deserve care that feels safe, respectful and judgement-free. My goal is to meet you where you are and work alongside you at a pace that feels right so that you can start feeling more like yourself again.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and life transitions with specialized experience in Perinatal Mental Health. My treatment plans may include psychoeducation, medication management and support for co-occurring conditions like anxiety or depression. I work best with clients who are ready to engage actively in their treatment, exploring medication, optimizing their current treatment, or pursuing a holistic approach. I value shared-decision making to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
