About me

Hi, I'm Trish and am a NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have been working in the mental health field for over 12 years, in both clinical and leadership positions. I approach therapy through a client centered, strengths based lens, meaning YOU are who knows you best. At the core of my practice is attuning to each individual's lived experience, and how that experience is shaping the way they move through the world. Together we will identify what is no longer serving you well, and work to create, cultivate, and nurture different ways of being.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, I would like to get to know you, and what brought you to therapy. I like to establish trust and rapport, while creating safety and an environment of openness and authenticity. I'm interested in any previous experiences with therapy you may have had, and what you hope for within the relationship we create together. We will also spend time establishing goals for treatment.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I strive to bring authenticity, honesty, openness, and safety to each session. I am very collaborative, and believe that my clients are their own driving force behind progress and change. I know it takes courage to embark on each individual journey towards improved wellbeing, clarity of mind, and emotional soundness, and am honored to be there to support you!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with clients in all stages of life, and am motivated by your desire to work towards understanding and clarity. I hope to build and strengthen connection that is authentic and true, mixed with some humor and fun when appropriate! I don't believe therapy needs to be shrouded in seriousness all the time, and find enjoyment in experiencing people as who they truly are.
