LCSW, 10 years of experience
With nearly a decade of experience supporting adults, I bring a holistic, trauma-informed lens to therapy—creating a space where you’re invited to (re)discover your true nature and build genuine confidence. I’m a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, and I weave presence and curiosity into every session. My goal is to foster a trusting, collaborative relationship so we can explore difficult thoughts, complex emotions, and life’s challenges together, with care and clarity
In our first session, clients will expect a warm welcome that acknowledges the courage it took to show up and begin this process. We’ll talk about what brings them to therapy and start identifying what they hope to gain from our work together. Most importantly, they’ll experience the beginning of a supportive partnership—one built on trust, collaboration, and curiosity about their growth.
I offer a grounded, judgment-free presence where people can feel safe showing up exactly as they are. With an easygoing style and a deep clinical foundation, I create a steady space for exploring even the most complex emotions. My work is thoughtful and intuitive—blending insight with warmth so that healing feels both approachable and real
They arrive with genuine curiosity, eager to understand themselves and the patterns shaping their life. They’re open and expressive, sharing thoughts and emotions with clarity and honesty. They stay engaged between sessions—reflecting, trying new tools, and returning ready to dive deeper.
I have been deeply immersed in practice and study through programs including Practice in Transformative Action (EBMC, 2017), Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (Sounds True 2023), and Dedicated Practitioners Program (Spirit Rock, 2024). I am also a former Board Member of the Buddhist Recovery Network. My intention is to hold space with humility and authenticity, drawing on both my Dharma training, professional and personal experiences.
