I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s changes and challenges. I like to integrate evidence-based practices, including Trauma-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, and Presence-Centered Therapy. By blending these approaches, it helps build insight, develop effective coping skills, and create lasting change rather than temporary relief. The goal for your first session is to feel comfortable and supported while describing yourself and your goals in therapy.
