I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s changes and challenges. I’ve been told I have a warm, collaborative approach that allows clients to feel comfortable and supported while working to find meaningful, practical solutions and addressing the deeper roots of emotional distress. I like to integrate evidence-based practices, including Trauma-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, and Presence-Centered Therapy. By blending these approaches, it helps build insight, develop effective coping skills, and create lasting change rather than temporary relief. Because I believe that healing happens within a safe, therapeutic, relationship, I support with being compassionate, grounded, and empowering. The goal is to equip each person with practical tools and renewed confidence so they can move forward with clarity and resilience.
The goal for your first session is to feel comfortable and supported while describing yourself and your goals in therapy.
With the use of empathy and by being bilingual in Spanish, I am able to patiently listen and support you in reaching your goal.
