I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your struggles, process emotions, and move toward healing. My approach blends evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care with warmth and empathy, so our work together feels both practical and deeply personal. Clients often share that they appreciate my approachable style and the balance I offer between genuine listening and concrete strategies.

Having worked in a medical setting and community mental health, what has stuck with me is the importance of living life fully and also the beauty of human experience and unlimited capacity for growth. We each write our own story and it is vital that it is written from the heart.

Whether you are navigating grief, seeking support in recovery, managing the challenges of caregiving, or looking for counseling around health and life transitions, I will walk alongside you in a way that feels safe, flexible, and empowering.
