I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your struggles, process emotions, and move toward healing. My approach blends evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care with warmth and empathy, so our work together feels both practical and deeply personal.
We each write our own story and it is vital that it is written from the heart.

Strengths
Having worked in a medical setting and community mental health, what has stuck with me is the importance of living life fully and also the beauty of human experience and unlimited capacity for growth. We each write our own story and it is vital that it is written from the heart.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I offer a supportive space where you can explore your struggles, process emotions, and move toward healing. Over the years I have found ACT to be incredibly helpful in that it focuses on living a happy, aligned life right now, rather than a time in the future after all issues have been addressed. While I am proficient in other modalities, the belief that we create meaning in our lives is central to the work that we will do together.
