Are you and your partner stuck in the same argument on repeat? Do small issues escalate quickly, leaving you feeling unheard, resentful, or emotionally disconnected? I specialize in helping high-conflict couples break destructive patterns, rebuild trust after infidelity, and navigate the added strain ADHD can place on relationships. As a Gottman Level 2–trained therapist, I use structured, evidence-based strategies to help partners move from defensiveness and disconnection to productive communication and renewed emotional intimacy. Many of the couples I work with feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or uncertain if their relationship can recover. Together, we identify the patterns driving conflict, strengthen emotional safety, and develop practical tools that lead to lasting change—not just temporary relief. In addition to couples work, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. I also have a strong background working with teens and families, particularly around ADHD, emotional regulation, and high-conflict dynamics. My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe you are the expert of your life—my role is to provide clarity, structure, and compassionate guidance as we work toward meaningful, sustainable progress. For those who desire it, I also offer faith-informed therapy, integrating spiritual values into the healing process. I provide telehealth therapy throughout Florida, accept major insurance plans, and currently have availability for new clients.
In our first session, we’ll clarify what’s bringing you in and define clear goals for therapy. For couples, we’ll begin identifying negative communication cycles and outline a structured plan to reduce conflict and rebuild connection. For individuals or families, we’ll establish practical tools you can begin using right away. You’ll leave with a clear direction and a roadmap for moving forward with support and confidence.
I provide evidence-based therapy using CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), the Gottman Method for couples, Solution-Focused Therapy, and specialized support as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I help individuals manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD, and support couples in improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening connection. My style is warm, authentic and goal-oriented. Clients leave sessions with clear tools, emotional insight, and strategies they can use right away.
I work best with high-conflict couples and those navigating infidelity, where patterns of miscommunication, emotional reactivity, and disconnection can feel overwhelming and difficult to break. Many of the couples I support find themselves stuck in cycles of hurt, mistrust, or escalation, and are looking for a way to rebuild understanding, repair trust, and reconnect. I also specialize in working with individuals and couples impacted by ADHD, particularly when it affects emotional regulation, self-esteem, and relationship dynamics. Clients often feel misunderstood or “too much” in their emotions, while also struggling with follow-through, organization, and maintaining balance in daily life and partnerships. ADHD can intensify conflict cycles, contribute to anxiety and/or depression, and create challenges in communication and connection. Together, we work to better understand how these patterns develop—both internally and within relationships. My approach blends insight with practical tools to help you regulate emotions, communicate more effectively, repair and rebuild trust, and create healthier, more secure connections.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. CBT is effective for managing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD challenges, relationship stress, and grief. In therapy, we work together to understand your thoughts, develop coping strategies, and practice actionable steps that promote long-term emotional well-being and healthier relationships.
Family Therapy
Family therapy helps families navigate communication challenges, conflict, and relational stress while fostering stronger connections and understanding. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I bring a relational perspective, helping family members explore patterns, improve interactions, and strengthen bonds. Using approaches like CBT, the Oaklander Model, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I support families in resolving conflicts, enhancing parent-child relationships, and building a healthier, more connected family system.
Sandplay
I am trained in the Oaklander Model, a therapeutic approach designed to support children, teens, and families in expressing and understanding their emotions in a safe, structured environment. This method emphasizes emotional awareness, relationship connection, and experiential learning, helping clients process feelings, improve communication, and strengthen family bonds. While I am trained in the Oaklander Model, I integrate its principles with other evidence-based approaches to provide compassionate, effective therapy tailored to each family’s unique needs.
Trauma-Focused CBT
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based approach designed to help children, teens, and families process and heal from trauma. TF-CBT combines cognitive-behavioral strategies with trauma-sensitive interventions to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral challenges. While I am trained in TF-CBT, I integrate its principles with other therapeutic approaches to provide compassionate, tailored support that promotes healing, resilience, and stronger family and relational connections.
Gottman method
I am Gottman Level 2 certified, using this research-based approach to help couples rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional connection. Through structured, practical strategies, I guide partners to resolve conflicts, deepen friendship, and create lasting positive changes in their relationship.
