Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I’ve found solution focused brief treatment to be a effective method to use with my clients. It has helped many of my clients identify goals and find practical ways to achieve them. We will use solution focused therapy to emphasize your ability to draw from your own strengths and resources to take actionable steps towards your goals. We will then use that knowledge to shift focus from past problems to future possibilities by building a sense of hope.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is an effective therapeutic approach for helping you manage a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. We will use CBT to restructure your negative thought patterns and behaviors in order to improve your emotional wellbeing and gain confidence in overcoming challenges in the future.

Strength-Based

Strength-based therapy is a method I often use with my clients. With strength-based therapy we will view challenges as a part of your journey and focus on inherent abilities to overcome them. We will emphasize the positive aspects of your life to ultimately create meaningful changes in your life. Ultimately, this approach will help you increase self-awareness, promote resilience, foster hope and optimism and enhance motivation.

Christian Counseling offers holistic support by incorporating biblical teachings, prayer, and Christian values alongside the therapeutic process. Techniques such as meditating on scripture, focusing on God’s promises, and engaging in spiritual disciplines can offer you a sense of peace and resilience during difficult times.
