New to Grow
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients understand the connection between their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I focus on creating a collaborative, goal-oriented therapeutic relationship where clients feel empowered to identify unhelpful thought patterns and practice new behaviors that align with their values. Through structured sessions, practical tools, and ongoing evaluation of progress, I guide clients towards meaningful and sustainable change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable and collaborative relationship. The goal is not to dive into everything all at once. We will talk about confidentiality, how therapy works, and what brought you to therapy. You will also have time to ask questions.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I bring a strengths-based, inclusive perspective to my work, which allows me to support a wide range of clients, especially those navigating anxiety, depression, and Adjustment Disorders. I create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported exactly as they are. This includes honoring each person’s lived experiences, cultural background, and personal values.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I currently serve the following client age groups: children, adolescents, and young adults (18 - 24). I am especially well-equipped to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My work is rooted in CBT, and I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients can explore their experiences, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build practical skills for daily life. I believe in meeting clients with understanding, compassion, and tools that empower them to move forward with confidence.
