Your first session is a space for you to breathe and feel heard. We will go over what brings you to therapy, begin identifying goals, and start building a foundation of trust and safety. I will also answer any questions you have about the therapy process so we can move at your pace, with intention and care.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help you identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors to improve how you feel and respond to life’s challenges and self-doubt.

Trauma-Focused CBT

With Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) we will combine CBT with trauma-sensitive principles to help you safely process trauma while building coping skills and emotional resilience.

Somatic

With somatic therapy, we will be using body-based techniques to release stress and trauma that may be stored physically, increasing emotional regulation and body awareness.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

With mindfulness-based therapy I will assist in teaching you how to stay present, regulate emotions, and cultivate calm through guided awareness and self-compassion practices.

Family Therapy

Family therapy will focus on improving communication, boundaries, and relationships within the family system to support collective healing with one another.
