I believe that the journey towards happiness and fulfillment can be achieved by raising our awareness/consciousness. So how do we do this? First, understanding that our view of the world is the predominant factor in diagnoses such as depression and anxiety. Most of us do not know that we made decisions about who we are and what we subconsicously believe we deserve. This is often at the basis of what is limiting and blocking us from the life we dream of (or sometimes even blocks the ability to dream). I provide an integrative approach to help you "remember who you are". It is your Authentic Self that begins to call the shots in your life. You (and your parts, inner children and ego construct) are no longer running old programs that have led you to limit what you can achieve and who you are. This authentic self is the core of your unique talents, personality and wisdom. You and I will begin the process of understanding your unique dynamics that have set up the story of who you are. Throughout each session, we begin to unravel what the specific pattern is that developed your sense of self and any masks you created to fit in or survive. What I have found is It is often the inner conflict between the authentic self and our “fictional” self that creates the distress.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will focus on getting to know who you are and the experiences that shaped you. I’ll explore the family system you grew up in and how it influenced your development, including any trauma or generational patterns that may still affect you today. This foundation helps us understand the roots of your current challenges and guides the creation of a treatment plan aligned with what you’ve come to therapy to learn, heal, or grow through.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have studied and worked extensively with trauma and its impact on our development. Through both professional training and lived experience, I was led to explore alternative approaches that help identify deeply held subconscious beliefs. When these beliefs are acknowledged, healed and/or cleared, long-standing patterns of thought and behavior can begin to dissolve—often the very patterns that have sabotaged or blocked you from the life and outcomes you deeply desire.

I tend to work best with clients who are curious, reflective, and open to looking beneath the surface. Many people I support feel stuck in familiar patterns—such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, or self-sabotage—even after trying more traditional therapy approaches. They’re often drawn to alternative/holistic and spiritual methods that explore subconscious beliefs and mind-body connections, and they’re ready for deeper healing, greater self-understanding, and lasting change.
