New to Grow
Healing is a powerful and personal journey-and it begins with feeling seen and understood. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience, I blend CBT, solution focused work, supportive therapy, and strength based approaches to help you build insight, emotional stability, and long term confidence. My approach is helping clients identify the barriers that leave them feeling stuck and guiding them toward meaningful change. My goal is to support adults through life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, burnout and identity shifts.
Whether you're adjusting to a major life transition or managing long-standing emotional challenges, I offer a supportive space where healing can take place. My therapeutic style is warm, grounding, and collaborative. Everyone has a story worth telling-and I'm here to help you reclaim yours.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to create a therapeutic space that is warm, grounding, validating, and deeply supportive. I naturally blend empathy with clarity. I help clients explore difficult emotions without feeling overwhelmed, and I guide then toward solutions without minimizing their experience. This balance allows clients to make real progress while feeling seen and respected.
My goal is to support adults through life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, burnout and identity shifts. Together, we'll work to shift the narrative, break unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with the inner strength you already carry.
I approach CBT as a collaborative, structured method that empowers client to build insight and develop practical coping strategies. It allows clients to not only understand why they feel or respond a certain way but also to learn how to change patterns that no longer serve them .
Through this approach, I help clients recognize and build upon the internal and external resources they already possess- such as resilience, coping skills, insight, creativity, cultural values, support systems, and personal accomplishments.
Supportive therapy has been a consistent foundation of my work because it allows clients to feel validated, understood, and emotionally safe. I use it to build strong therapeutic alliances, strengthen coping abilities, and provide clients with the emotional framework they need to move toward a healthier functioning.
My treatment method using SFBT is goal-oriented, collaborative, and rooted in clients' existing strengths. I view clients as experts in their own lives. My role is to guide them in uncovering solutions, identifying possibilities, and building on what is already going well.
