What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will get to know each other, identify the “why” we have started therapy and establish goals of what we want to achieve based on your individual needs. We will go over details about my practice and answer any questions you have. The goal is to feel comfortable and confident so we can move forward as a team.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I bring a strength-based approach to therapy, focusing on your inherent strengths and resilience. My goal is to empower you in exploring new perspectives, building coping skills, and ultimately finding greater satisfaction and fulfillment in your life

My treatment methods

Integrative

This approach integrates techniques from different therapies—like CBT, psychodynamic, and mindfulness—to create a customized treatment plan for your healing and personal growth. It’s all about finding what works best for your journey toward mental wellness.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In session with a CBT focus we will focus on changing the way you think (cognitive) and what you do (behavior). By challenging negative thought patterns and learning new behaviors, CBT helps you tackle challenges and feel more in control.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

As a DBT-Informed therapist we will be using DBT modality as a toolkit for emotional wellness. DBT teaches skills to cope with stress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships. It’s an evidence-based therapy that helps people build resilience and manage complex emotions. With tools like mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness, DBT guides you toward a more fulfilling life.
