I’m a mindful, compassionate LPC helping clients heal from anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges through somatic and CBT approaches. Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating. The trust and connection we build is the foundation for our work together. Our first session is about making you feel comfortable and heard, not pressured. We will go at your pace and level and comfortability. So it's okay if we cover many things, or just crack to surface.
