I’m a mindful, compassionate LPC helping clients heal from anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges through somatic and CBT approaches. I integrate mind–body practices with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, guiding clients to build awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. With a background in neuropsychotherapy, I help clients understand how the brain and nervous system shape their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—empowering them to rewire patterns and foster lasting change. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented, creating a safe space for healing and self-discovery.
Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating. The trust and connection we build is the foundation for our work together. Our first session is about making you feel comfortable and heard, not pressured. We will go at your pace and level and comfortability. So it's okay if we cover many things, or just crack to surface.
