(she/her)
I’m a licensed therapist who helps adults navigate anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, and the moments where everything feels like “too much.” My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, feel understood, and gain clarity. Together, we focus on building practical tools that support emotional balance, confidence, and a greater sense of control in your everyday life.
Your first session is about comfort, connection, and clarity—not pressure. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you want support with, and what therapy has looked like for you in the past. I focus on creating a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. We’ll move at your pace and begin shaping goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you.
I bring a balance of warmth and structure to therapy. I’m skilled at helping clients feel deeply heard while also offering practical tools they can use in real life. I integrate client-centered, CBT, and solution-focused approaches to support insight, emotional regulation, and lasting change. Clients often tell me therapy with me feels grounding, validating, and purposeful.
I work best with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and everyday stress who are feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Many of my clients are used to “holding it all together” for others and are ready to focus on themselves. They are open to self-reflection, learning practical tools, and making meaningful changes that support long-term growth, confidence, and emotional balance in their daily lives and relationships.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a practical, collaborative approach to help clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. In my work, CBT isn’t about “fixing” or forcing positive thinking—it’s about gently noticing patterns that may be keeping you stuck and learning new ways to respond that feel more aligned with your goals. I use CBT in a flexible, client-centered way, adapting tools to fit each person rather than following a rigid formula. Sessions often focus on real-life situations, building awareness, and developing skills that clients can actually use outside of therapy. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and confident in making meaningful changes at their own pace.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify what’s already working and build on their existing strengths. Rather than spending all of our time revisiting past problems, this approach focuses on practical steps, small changes, and realistic goals that support forward movement. In my practice, solution-focused work is collaborative and flexible. We focus on what you want to be different, explore what has helped—even a little—and develop strategies that feel achievable and relevant to your daily life. This approach is especially helpful for clients who want therapy to feel purposeful, structured, and oriented toward change.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
Person-Centered Therapy is the foundation of how I work with clients. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel understood and accepted, not pressured or “fixed.” In sessions, I focus on empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. This approach allows clients to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace while developing greater self-trust and clarity. My goal is to support clients in reconnecting with their strengths and making choices that align with who they are and what they want for their lives.
