Our first session is really about two things: getting a clear picture of what’s going on in your life right now and making sure we’re a good fit to work together. You don’t need to have a perfect 'story' ready or know exactly where to start; I’ll lead the way with some questions to help us dive in. By the end of our first hour, my goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and for us to have a starting point for what 'moving forward' actually looks like for you. It’s a low-pressure conversation to see how we can start making life feel a bit more manageable.
