I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering compassionate, client-centered therapy to pregnant women, adolescents, adults, and immigrant families. I’ve supported clients adjusting to HIV diagnoses and navigating parent-child dynamics. My approach is soft, grounding, and collaborative. I hold space for emotions while offering practical tools for growth, with the goal of supporting your healing until you feel ready to thrive independently.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session a client can expect me to explore the reasons they are seeking mental health support at this time. I like to build rapport with clients and create a trusting relationship.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I greatest strength is my calmness. My approach is to be curious with a client and explore ways to move forward. I help bring them to epiphanys that help them find new ways of being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work well with adolescents and young adults who are navigating new relationships, school and careers. There are times people feel stuck in life, in a career or a difficult relationship. I like to help people move forward in the aftermath.
