My treatment methods

Structural Family Therapy

The SFT approach provides a comfortable and supportive environment where clients can identify unhelpful or harmful patterns or ways of thinking and find new thinking patterns. The goal is to help the clients address problems within their systems’ dynamics and structure and encourage individuals to seek alternative ways to deal with their issues. Families and individuals are empowered to address conflicts, improve communication, and cultivate healthier relationships.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

A solution-focused and strength-based integration of different therapeutic methods based on individual needs. Respectful, accepting, and welcoming of all ages, gender identities, presentations, sexual orientations, races, and belief systems.
