New to Grow
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. My approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and practical, helping you better understand yourself, navigate relationships, and develop tools that support real change. I believe therapy works best when you feel seen, respected, and emotionally safe.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you hope will be different, and what has or hasn’t helped in the past. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, move at your pace, and focus on helping you feel safe, seen, and supported from the start.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Clients often tell me they feel deeply understood and relieved after our sessions. I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, IFS, and EFT) in a flexible, personalized way—so therapy feels useful, not scripted. I balance insight with practical tools, and I pay close attention to emotional safety, relationship patterns, and real-life application.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and want support creating meaningful change. This includes adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, parenting challenges, or patterns that keep repeating despite best efforts. You don’t need a diagnosis—just a desire to better understand yourself and improve your relationships.
Integrative
I use an integrative approach and am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care.
