During our first session, my goal is to get to know you and see what changes you would like to see as a result of our time together. We will determine the cadence of our ongoing sessions and align on a path forward towards supporting you with enacting the changes you would like to accomplish.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy
My approach leverages many therapeutic approaches, but I choose mindfulness as the primary one because all of the other modalities still rest on the ability to increase connection to self and grow self-awareness. I often leverage cognitive behavioral, internal family systems, rational emotive, and empowerment to provide a comprehensive and integrated experience.
