LCSW, 10 years of experience
New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families. My work centers on creating safe, affirming spaces where clients can explore challenges and reconnect with their strengths. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based practices while integrating creativity and self-expression, making therapy flexible and responsive to your needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, parenting, identity concerns, or life transitions, I aim to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about providing space to breathe, reflect, and build tools that align with your values. My goal is to walk alongside you as you create meaningful change in your life and relationships. In the first session, we will complete an assessment to see where you’re at and from there build a plan that guides our sessions.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families. My passion is creating affirming spaces where clients feel seen and supported as their full selves. I specialize in working with marginalized communities, including Black and Brown individuals, LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodiverse people, and children with their families. I understand how identity, culture, and systemic barriers shape our experiences, and I approach therapy with cultural humility and respect. My style is collaborative and flexible. I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, while also integrating creative expression to meet clients where they are. Together, we work on navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, burnout, parenting, trauma, and life transitions. For me, therapy isn’t about fixing—it’s about creating space to breathe, reflect, and build tools that empower you to grow. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself and your values.
I specialize in working with marginalized communities, including Black and Brown folks, LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodiverse clients, and children and their families. I understand how identity, culture, and systemic barriers shape our lived experiences, and I bring this awareness into every session.
I utilize an eclectic approach which includes emotional processing, client centered and psychodynamic. I am trained in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, identifying how trauma (or environmental stressors) impact our brain, behavior, feelings and perceptions.
