Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about providing space to breathe, reflect, and build tools that align with your values. My goal is to walk alongside you as you create meaningful change in your life and relationships. In the first session, we will complete an assessment to see where you’re at and from there build a plan that guides our sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families. My passion is creating affirming spaces where clients feel seen and supported as their full selves. I specialize in working with marginalized communities, including Black and Brown individuals, LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodiverse people, and children with their families. I understand how identity, culture, and systemic barriers shape our experiences, and I approach therapy with cultural humility and respect. My style is collaborative and flexible. I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, while also integrating creative expression to meet clients where they are. Together, we work on navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, burnout, parenting, trauma, and life transitions. For me, therapy isn’t about fixing—it’s about creating space to breathe, reflect, and build tools that empower you to grow. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself and your values.

I have only had one session with her so far but already I feel like I have found a good match. Finding a match in therapy is always challenging because you do not want to find someone that just agrees with you, you want to find someone that understands and is there to help. She made me feel heard and understood, which has been really difficult to find. I like that she took my considerations and preferences into her consult with me.
