Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with nearly 20 years of experience helping individuals work through anxiety, depression, and life stressors. My passion for behavioral health comes from a deep desire to help others break free from the burdens holding them back and preventing them from fully enjoying life. We all face struggles, and sometimes, we just need someone to talk to—someone who can provide support, guidance, and help us develop the skills to navigate life’s challenges.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During your first visit with me, you can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what brought you to counseling, your concerns, and your goals, while also exploring your background and any challenges you’ve been facing. This session is about creating a comfortable foundation, helping you feel heard and understood, and outlining a plan for moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is creating a safe, supportive space where my clients feel heard and understood. I am confident in my ability to help you break free from unhelpful thought patterns, stay present in the moment, and build practical coping skills for life’s challenges.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or life stressors. My clients are motivated to grow but often get stuck living in the past or are anxious about the future. Together, we work on shifting their mindset to stay present and find peace in the moment.
