New to Grow
I’m a therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and build more meaningful connections. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns, as well as couples seeking to improve communication and strengthen their bond. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can better understand yourself, develop new tools, and move toward the life and relationships you truly want. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
In our first session, my goal is to get to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll spend time talking about your concerns, your history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll also share a bit about my approach, so you know what to expect moving forward. Think of it as a conversation where we begin to build trust, set goals, and create a safe, supportive space for your healing and growth. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out—we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
What clients often tell me they value most about working with me is the sense of safety and acceptance they feel in our sessions. I bring compassion, curiosity, and a down-to-earth style that makes it easier to open up about even the hardest things. My strength is in meeting you where you are, helping you untangle what feels overwhelming, and giving you practical tools that fit your life. I love seeing clients gain confidence, improve their relationships, and feel more connected to themselves as we work together.
I am best positioned to serve individuals and couples who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them but are motivated to create meaningful change. Many of my clients come to therapy because they want to understand themselves more deeply, heal old wounds, manage anxiety or stress, or strengthen their relationships. They share a desire to live more authentically, improve communication, and align their lives with their values. If you’re ready to do the work of self-discovery and growth, I provide the tools, guidance, and support to help you get there.
“I incorporate ACT by teaching skills to increase psychological flexibility—helping you stay present in the moment, accept what you can’t control, and take action toward what matters most to you. Together, we’ll explore your values and use them as a compass for creating meaningful change.”
“In sessions, I draw on the Gottman Method to teach practical tools for reducing negative patterns and increasing positive interactions. The goal is to help you and your partner feel more connected, respected, and supported.”
“I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you explore the different ‘parts’ of yourself—such as the ones that protect you, the ones that feel vulnerable, and the ones that may carry old wounds. Together, we work on understanding these parts with compassion so they can begin to heal.”
